Yea we've all been through tough times. We've been through things nobody else could even think about it. But how do we express it? We dont!


I guess that's where the problem lies, we don't know how to expel out the negative energy. We dont know where to vent out.


I believe that crying is the best soultion. Self-harm would do you no good. Trust me.


Scientists and biologists have found traces of stress hormones in human tears. So when you cry you are releasing stress hormones that flow out of your system in the form of tears.


You must've tasted a drop of tear in your life,right? It tastes salty. It is because tears contain sodium. Dermatologists have said that tears help in growing long lashes. Sodium promotes lash growth.


From my standpoint, i believe crying is a really healthy form of therapy.


Remember to drink loads of water while crying because there are chances of dehydration.
