In a time where everything is a blur, we need to take a moment and appreciate what we have.
Eveybody goes through ups and downs but that doesn't mean when somebody is at their highest and most successful moment ,you must be there too!
Don't let the jealousy of your heart cloud your judgement. Don't let the envy of your heart build venom for someone.
How do we escape ,you ask?
Just smile.
Your smile may mean little to you, but a smile may mean a lot to others. It can light up their day. It can ease a sorrow. It can express untold motivations.
When you light someone else's day, you will feel inner satisfaction. You will find contentment. You will find happiness in part of your heart you didn't even know about.
Start today, smile more often.
Smile when you pass someone. Smile when you greet someone.The smiles will return to you.
Smiling will also help build self-confidence and you will also learn to love yourself. Slowly you will start accepting yourself. This will in turn help you stay healthy ,happy and live long.
In the end, your smile will be a part of you. You will be able to find light even in your darkest hours. Even with your scariest demons.
